Hi Stuart,

Thanks for the update. Looks like lots of fixes and improvements. A few questions.


  1.  What is the story with Centos 8? Heard that it is not going to be supported past end of this year but will have a different "path" for updates. Kind of baffled what is going on.
  2.  Going through the steps of updating, I got a couple of events not found messages.

[www at tycho]$ sudo rpm --import https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://install.loncapa.org/versions/centos/RPM-GPG-KEY-loncapa__;!!PhOWcWs!lvoMVqpbJBQDvutS_D1xLmX-u-_ZBIlBqDCGcQ15cgtqgxbIVKeAwaLnzqA$
-bash: !lvoMVqpbJBQDvutS_D1xLmX-u-_ZBIlBqDCGcQ15cgtqgxbIVKeAwaLnzqA$: event not found

The rpm -q reports
[www at tycho]$ sudo rpm -q gpg-pubkey --qf '%{VERSION}\t%{SUMMARY}\n' |grep LON
c11f2266 gpg(LONCAPA Academic Consortium (Package signing) <certificate at loncapa.org>)

Seems to work but result is slightly different from the instructions.


[www at tycho]$ wget https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://install.lon-capa.org/versions/loncapa-2.11.3.tar.gz__;!!PhOWcWs!lvoMVqpbJBQDvutS_D1xLmX-u-_ZBIlBqDCGcQ15cgtqgxbIVKeABHnAqrs$
-bash: !lvoMVqpbJBQDvutS_D1xLmX-u-_ZBIlBqDCGcQ15cgtqgxbIVKeABHnAqrs$: event not found

The wget fails - nothing is downloaded.
