[LON-CAPA-admin] Internal error

Recently, I activated a server to handle the extra load with everything
going online. However, this morning when a student tries to upload a file
(using the essay response), it came back with a message saying "Internal
error ... ". Checking the lonnet.log there are quite a few entries that say
:Mon Mar 30 09:55:22 2020 (11171): Failed to transfer
https://loncapa3.fsu.edu/userfiles/fsu/
<id>/portfolio/turned_in/PHY_2049C_Gen_Physics_B_Spring_2020_Sections_2_5_/Recitation_C/Challenge_Pr/XXXX.docx

Any idea what is causing this? Wrong write permission? Thanks
