[LON-CAPA-admin] is the lon-capa installation site down?

It looks as though your message to the list was actually sent Monday, 8/20 at 10:40 am EDT, although not delivered until today.

Network for part of the building at MSU which houses the loncapa.org servers was unavailable between 8 am and 1.45 pm yesterday (8/20) .  

That coincides with when you were attempting to access install.loncapa.org, and also when you attempted to send e-mail to the lon-capa-admin listserv to ask about this.  (The mail.loncapa.org server is in the same server vault as the install.loncapa.org server).

Anyway, as of  5 pm EDT 8/21, I believe all network maintenance on the first floor of the MSU's BPS building has been completed, and all public loncapa.org services are accessible from outside.
