[LON-CAPA-admin] Slowness on access servers

I am having an issue where my access servers are much slower than the library server. I am logging in as the same student and accessing the same course. The initial course load on the library server takes about 5 seconds, but the initial course load on the access servers takes 20-30 second. Initially I thought this was due to the copying of resources, but this continues to be an issue even after the resources are copied over. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can look at to fix this?
