[LON-CAPA-admin] CentOS/Red Hat/Scientific Linux 6 -- ImageMagick

Hi Stuart,

Is it recommended that httpd be reload or restart every time when there is
an update? What about loncontrol? When is a reload or restart required
(except of course when there is a version upgrade)?
