[LON-CAPA-admin] New load balancer for tomorrow 6/3

Hi All,

I would like to add a node as a load balancer to our production environment called:

balance1.lon-capa.illinois.edu

Can you please add it to our environment.

I believe that I do not need to update my dns_hosts.tab on library1 as this will be automatically added when you add at your end?
Also please let me know if I need to update any local files on my end.
