[LON-CAPA-admin] All folders/resources hidden

Hi HK,

The usual cause of this is that "Resource hidden from students" has  
been set for a resource included in the top-level map in Main Content,  
at an "enclosing folder" level.

However, if that were the case I would expect that:
Settings > Content Settings > Modify Resource Parameters - Overview Mode

would show that.

Is this a standard course (i.e., the top level map is default.sequence).
