[LON-CAPA-admin] lonnet error messages

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for the feed back. The error messages are still showing up but they
don't seem to cause any problem with using any of the course materials.

In any event, the failure of lontokacc::remove() to run means that a

The equivalence of this file does not exist. I check this a few minutes
after the message appears.
