[LON-CAPA-admin] Update difficulties

Thanks Juan, that did the trick for installing LONCAPA-prerequisites.
However, when I did a yum update, it gives the following. I did add

exclude=R,R-core to yum.conf?? Maybe, the line is in the wrong location??
