[LON-CAPA-admin] 2.11 and nS format

Hi,

The latest version changes the display for nS format for something like,
say 3s. If the number is less than 1000, it displays as xxx but if it is
greater than or equal to 1000, it is displayed as x.xxE3. Is there a way to
make it display as xxx0, i.e., not as an exponential? I realized that the
change fixes ambiguity for a number like xx00 (w/ 3s) but for randomized
exams, ..., displaying the choices as xxx0 make for much easier reading.
