[LON-CAPA-admin] Repcopy failed

[H. K. Ng]

One of my access servers seems to suffer from intermittent problem of not
being able to initialize a course. The only message I can find is on
lonnet.log and is shown below.

Userfile repcopy failed for
uploaded/fsu/2228589cee5c552d0fsul1/default.sequence

Any ideas?
