Based on a grep of /home/httpd/lib/perl/Apache for "something went
wrong" I would say that error message is not used in LON-CAPA.
This is most likely another instance of some parasiteware intercepting
the Apache 403 "FORBIDDEN" response code sent back by the browser --
which is sent when /adm/roles is requested by a user who is not yet
logged in.
