[LON-CAPA-admin] cookie invalid

Thanks Stuart,

Is it "safe" to remove $data{'ip'} ne $ENV{'REMOTE_ADDR'} temporarily until
a solution can be found? In the past, this problem occurs infrequently but
now I see it very often each day.
