[LON-CAPA-admin] Log in Again

Hon-Kie,

My understanding is that these options will redirect a user to a different machine if they try
to log in directly.

For example, right now I have a balancing machine as capa5.phy.ohiou.edu<http://capa5.phy.ohiou.edu> and I redirect
capa6's login page to capa5.
