[LON-CAPA-admin] Upgrading to 2.10

Dear Stuart,

I am trying to update loncapa to 2.10. I cannot get the prerequisites 
to upgrade
rpm -q LONCAPA-prerequisites gives LONCAPA-prerequisites-1-18.rhel5
running yum update does not do anything (yum should be working, last time
updated this morning).

Any idea what I should do?
