[LON-CAPA-admin] course is empty

I have one student who may be having this same problem, but on a more
regular basis, on our library server.  It started two weeks ago, and she
seems to be having continued intermittent problems.  I have access to the
command-line.  Is it possible (even if it's not desirable) in this case to
purge the file directly?  Where would I find it?
