[LON-CAPA-admin] moving behind firewall

Administration is telling us that we have to move the loncapa server  
behind a firewall.  Now I see from the documentation we need to keep  
ports 80, 8080, and 5663 open.  Any others?  When this change occurs  
(looks like spring break) the IP number will change, although the DNS  
name can remain the same.  Aside from the time it takes for the new IP  
address to get propagated out to the rest of the world, are there any  
other things we should be aware of?
