[LON-CAPA-admin] Committing a change to loncapa.conf, least invasive method?

I tried that method, then reviewed /lon-status/
The lonLoadLim did not change.. It appears that I'll have to do an httpd
restart to get it to take affect, reload did not work.

Thanks,

If I need to change a parameter in /etc/httpd/conf/loncapa.conf,
specifically "lonLoadLim"...
Do I need to do a full Apache or Loncontrol restart?

Will a simple /etc/init.d/httpd reload do the trick for loading that
particular change?

Thanks,

Eric Harvey

Hi,

httpd reload should do the trick.
