[LON-CAPA-admin] resources not updating on access servers

Bob,
Yes, you should delete anything in /home/httpd/lonUsers/ on your
access servers. There is no need to run make_domain_coordinator.pl on
an access server, after completing a new installation of LON-CAPA via
./UPDATE on such a server.
