[LON-CAPA-admin] LON-CAPA version 2.6.1 slower?

Hi,
I don't think 2.6.1 is slower in general, at least I did not notice
anything in most operations.
But I agree, it seems slower in upload processes, where we store away
lots of data to different files at the same time. I have noticed this
with grades upload.
Please add yourself to http://bugs.lon-capa.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5596
with additional observations or comments.
