[LON-CAPA-admin] set a parameter

If you use the gui editor "Edit" and use the drop lists to choose parameters
for a response you will see it as selectable option to be inserted.

It will look like
    <parameter name="ordered" type="string_yesno" default="yes"
description="Show Parts One-at-a-Time" />
