[LON-CAPA-admin] access server not getting republished resources

Hi all,

Any ideas about where I should look, and what might be causing one
access server to get republished resources promptly, and the second
access server to apparently not get them at all?  This isn't a basic
caching issue---the access server isn't picking up the republished
resources even after several hours.
