[LON-CAPA-admin] Invalid user in userlist

Stefan,

As far as I understand, this is a public login.

Someone may be trying to access a resource which is published public.
This is a case with a number of our physlets and our CCLI Circuit
Examples on our machines. This means that someone can access the
resource without logging in.

In order to provide more functionality, an actual id file is created for
these public logins.

Guy can set us straight if this is not the case.
