[LON-CAPA-admin] Unable to print using 2.3.99.1

Er 2.4? I'm waiting on getting the maxima installation working on our
supported dists. (about 60% the way there) I have good hopes that'll
be out by this friday.

This error can easily be fixed just copy 

loncapa-2.3.99.1/loncom/interface/printout.pl 

to

/home/httpd/cgi-bin

(No services need restarting for this to take effect.)
