[LON-CAPA-admin] Server migration

Hi,

It would be far preferable if the new server would inherit all  
coordinates of the new one, i.e., it becomes "polya" - doing that  
will give a seamless transition, the network does not even need to  
know that the hardware changed.

The old server should get a new name.
