[LON-CAPA-admin] Missing resource domains

I have recently taken on the administration of a server hosting LON-CAPA
so I don't know much about the inner workings of the application. The
current instance of LON-CAPA is a fresh install and one of our users
tells me that the list of resource domains used to be much larger under
a previous installation. Is this something I have to retrieve from
backup or is it a configuration setting? Any help is appreciated.
