[LON-CAPA-admin] changing the sys-admin email address

On a Fedora/RHEL/Cemtos/Scientific Linux server edit:
/etc/httpd/conf/loncapa.conf 

On SuSE 10.X/SLES 10 edit:
/etc/apache2/loncapa.conf 


Change the line
PerlSetVar     lonAdmEMail      oldadmin at tmcc.edu 

to 

PerlSetVar     lonAdmEMail      newadmin at tmcc.edu
