[LON-CAPA-admin] jce cannot access resources

Hi Guy,

Sounds like jce is incapable of making outbound connections on port
5663.

Can you try doing (on jce)

nmap -P 0 -p 5663 s10.lite.msu.edu

And report back what it says?
