Yes - that is what they are set at. This server was initially set up as 
an access server in the middle of last semester but because it is the 
best of the servers, I decided to use it as a lib server. Is there a 
possibility that in doing so some files are not set correctly? I cannot 
think of anything else. My next try is to do a clean install.
