If you have configured yum to use the install.loncapa.org site as a
yum repository

yum install LONCAPA-prerequisites

Should pull in all need RPMs for running loncapa.

If you don't have yum configured, all you need to do is add:

[loncapa-updates-i386]
name=Fedora Core $releasever LON-CAPA i386 Updates
baseurl=http://install.loncapa.org/fedora/linux/loncapa/$releasever/i386
gpgcheck=0

[loncapa-updates-noarch]
name=Fedora Core $releasever LON-CAPA noarch Updates
baseurl=http://install.loncapa.org/fedora/linux/loncapa/$releasever/noarch
gpgcheck=0
#-----

To your /etc/yum.conf file
