[LON-CAPA-admin] storing metadata

Hi there, 
 
I´ve trouble with storing metadata. Can someone help? 
I´m using LON-CAPA 2.1.1, SLES9 
 
login as author 
Create a new problem 
publish this problem 
enter metadata 
click publish 
 
-> error message: "Error occured storing new values in metadata table in LON-CAPA database" 
 
 
Go to Construction Space 
Choose the published problem 
click "Edit Metadata" 
change something, e.g. the title, save 
 
-> the old value of the title is shown 
(but edit shows now the new value) 
 
-> "Search the datbase of published resources" (SRCH) leads to no results at all. 
 
 
Does anybody else have/had the same problem?
