[LON-CAPA-admin] Adding Course Coordinators

Hi Todd,

Correct this ugly kludge is no longer needed.

You should now:
- select the DC role for the domain of the course in question
- go to createuser
- enter in the username you want to make a CC
- Scroll down to Course Level
- click on 'Select Course'
    - in the popup filter out the course you want to create a CC for
    - click on 'Select'
- In the Role column select the option of 'Course Coordinator'
- Click 'Modify User'

Nope, CR still can't create Instructors, TA, Exam Proctors, or Custom
Roles, also doesn't have some of the resource creation privileges, nor
scantron file upload.
