[LON-CAPA-admin] Author question

[GARRETT, DONNELL MAZON]

This is probably a silly question, but as course coordinator shouldn't I
automatically be set as an author?

If I set my role to Instructor, and then try to enter into my course it
gives me this message:

 

Your home server is lon-capa.engr.sc.edu
Author and Co-Author roles are not available on servers other than their
respective home servers.

 

I don't know what that means... please help?
