Hi Hon-Kie,

> Is it possible to assign a TA who can access scantron grading?

Currently you need to have the Permission of 'Modify Grades' to access
scantron grading. And 'Upload Scantron data' to upload a scantron data
file to be used in grading.


Note, that any user with Modify Grades also has access to the other
PGRD screens for changing grades.

You can construct a new TA role that has the standard TA privledges
plus the above...
