[LON-CAPA-admin] BUG in new scatron non-6 digit CODEs

Hi,

If you are trying to use the new feature of having non-6 letter CODEs
on scantron forms.

(For example, 4 digit CODEs or 4 letter CODEs)

You should install this patch:

As the system was still generating 6 digit CODEs and just puting 0 on
the front.
