Only Fedora Core 3 systems are affected by the reported error.

And Fedora Core 3 users can either

a) do

yum install perl-DateManip

and then do the update.

b) wait until midday tommorrow and then do the update (as we will have
released an updated LONCAPA-prerequisites rpm that will cause the
above to occur when one does yum update
