[LON-CAPA-admin] Auto course creation

The following messages seem to explain why the course cannot be 
initialized but not why it failed to transfer the default.sequence.

Some background: I am testing the course creation on a development 
machine - tycho.physics.fsu.edu which is a lib server labelled fsul2. 
There is another development machine - frootmig.physics.fsu.edu 
(fsul1) which is no longer being used. (Should get rid of it in the 
development.host list.) Is the message indicating that it is trying 
to get default.sequence from fsul1?
