Thanks!  We know we're close, but the two of us have just enough 
tech-knowledge to "almost" get there. 

Having had to fight our tech guy every step of the way, we must choose our 
words carefully when contacting him.  The question has to have a very 
specific anwser as well as not expose a possible roadblock he could employ. 

Whould this be an appropriate question to ask him?: 

1) "What do you want us to use for a host name and domain name?"
