[LON-CAPA-admin] Adding Access servers

Todd and Guy,

I'm presuming that a DNS table can have the same IP address listed twice 
with different host names. For example:

loncapa.phy.ohiou.edu is 132.235.24.17
loncapa.phy.ohiou.edu is 132.235.24.87

capa7.phy.ohiou.edu is 132.235.24.17
capa10.phy.ohiou.edu is 132.235.24.87

(numbers are made up in this case)

So can there simply be multiple listings?
