[LON-CAPA-admin] Version 1.3.3

Hi Gerd,

An attempt to re-install 1.3.3 now causes the script to hang. I deleted
the loncapa-1.3.3 directory, untarred the archive again and ran UPDATE
again. Now the script stops at the point where I confirm the
configuration, and complains that "entries already exists" :

ENTER A CHOICE OF 1-10 TO CHANGE, otherwise ENTER 11:
11
Entry exists in standalone_hosts.tab.
Entry exists in standalone_domain.tab.

Lars.
