[LON-CAPA-admin] Publisher Lon-CAPA machine changing names this weekend

Hi All,

The computer hosting the publisher domains (whfreeman, wiley,
brookscole etc.) will be moving this Saturday (8a.m. EST) to a new IP
address.

In order to keep talking to this machine you will need to either

- update to 1.3.3 (which will be out tommorrow Fri. 24th)

or

- install a new hosts.tab file (attached)
- and then restart both httpd and loncontrol
