[LON-CAPA-admin] Testing Version 1.99.1 released

New Version 1.99.1 Released

This version will be installed on MSU's servers on July 2nd.

Notable Changes (from 1.99.0):
- Jmol files included in lon-capa
- fixes to migrating user between unix auth and other authentications
  (file ownership issues)
- changing password on unix auth users
- subsistent menu added to jme interface
- can now randomlabel a <organicstructure>
- display of problems that are partially correct due to handgrading is improved
- .page with problems work again
- only throw error when the instructor answer is wrong when ignoring sig fig
  limitations
- trackstudent can now show full student history
- version changes now properly expire the cache so the changes are 
  seen more quickly
- 'composite page' creation in DOCS always has correct links now
- small parmset interface cleanups (sort some things better, 
                                   layout some links, etc)
- can search 'subject' in advanced search
- survey show part description
- tth/m was not completely reinitializing between requests, 


To install this update:

1) You will need to be running Fedora Core 2 or 3 to work
   (Fedora Core 4 will be supported very soon, 
    likely by tuesday of next week)


2) Use yum to update your machine and then install the
      LONCAPA-prerequisites

yum update
yum install LONCAPA-prerequisites



3) Download the new LON-CAPA tarball from
wget http://install.lon-capa.org/versions/loncapa-1.99.1.tar.gz

and untar it

tar xzvf loncapa-1.99.1.tar.gz



4) Run the UPDATE script as root
cd loncapa-1.99.1
su
./UPDATE



5) restart the system services
/etc/rc.d/init.d/loncontrol stop
/etc/rc.d/init.d/loncontrol start
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start
