    Yes, it was a cloned course and yes, I believe some of the 
parameters had been set before.  However, the time used for this type of 
problem ("warmup") is 30 minutes across all courses.  I will try to get 
more details from the professor in question tomorrow -- just wanted to 
make sure I hadn't discovered a known problem before I declare a bug or 
user error.
