[LON-CAPA-admin] upgrading from 1.2.1

I'm trying to upgrade my server from 1.2.1 to 1.3.2 (Fedora core 2), 
but when I run "yum update" I get:
Package LONCAPA-prerequisites needs perl-HTML-Parser = 3.36-2.loncapa, 
this is not available.

What should I do?
