Assuming the installation completed OK ...

- is it just Apache::switchserver that can't be found
under /home/httpd/lib/perl, or are other modules missing
(eg, Apache::lonhelp) as well?

- if the file(s) are there, are the permissions OK? For
example, does
    su
    su - www
    perl -I/home/httpd/lib/perl -MApache::switchserver -e "print 1"
work?
