[LON-CAPA-admin] FC4 and loncapa 2.0.0

Hi,

I made a fresh install of loncapa 2.0.0 on a FC4
machine. I followed the procedure found in this link:
  http://install.lon-capa.org/FC4_install.html

But when I tried to start the web server, I got this
failure message:

[root at capa momoy]# /etc/init.d/httpd start
