[LON-CAPA-admin] user login strangeness

Hello,

I have a student that is able to login but some very strange behavior
results.  He's using the in-line menu, but when I switch to 'navigate
contents' a new window spawns and the old window switches to an error
screen, with an address
'http://proteus.physics.ndsu.nodak.edu/adm/noidea.html' and the message
'Sorry!
Cannot flip page from here.'  The new window that's spawned has the
appearance of a help menu type window, without any of the browser navigation
tools.

I'm able to scam my way into navigate contents, but it seems something
improper is happening here. I've scanned error messages for his username,
but it didn't turn up anywhere.

Has anyone seen anything like this or have any suggestions?
