[LON-CAPA-admin] Access Server Problems

Installed FC3
Installed LON-CAPA (chose access server, and production---Is this my 
problem?---, made part of csm domain)

Edited hosts.tab on access and library---access has temporary, but fixed 
machine name and ip address (not DHCP), until I get the "real" ones from 
networking

restarted everything

When I try to log in via the access server, the front page starts to load, and 
I get "This LON-CAPA server is temporarily not available for login"  There is 
no firewall currently on the server.  Everything, including the machine I'm 
using to log in, is behind a campus firewall, so that shouldn't be an issue 
either.

lond.log and lonc.log follows.  I'm not sure why it's trying to connect with 
msul1?  Do I need to propagate the appropriate lines in hosts.tab to everyone 
before the access server will work this way?  The 13:59:57 timestamps are 
what happens when I try to access the login page.
