[LON-CAPA-admin] checkrpms for version 1.2.2

I'm running LON-CAPA version 1.2.2 with R.H. 7.3.  Seems to me I recall
seeing that the checkrpms command was being resurrected.  If so, where is it
located and how do I run it?  Before I upgraded to version 1.2.2, I was
using the yum update command that Matt Hall fixed up for me, but that
doesn't seem to work now.
