[LON-CAPA-admin] port 40914

Not to split hairs, but I just recently did a Fedora installation, and I
believe port 5663 is used, not 5664.  Just my 2 cents.

To my knowledge, Port 40914 is not currently in use by LON-CAPA.

80,8080,5664 are the ports used.
